The room was just difficult to find and the site staff/security didn’t know which part of the building the Brooks clinics were being held/run. Clearly signage would really be appreciated. Whe. I finally found the room I was well recieved, treated with empathy dignity and respect. Ensuring my involvement in my care plan. Healthcare professionals such as these are very rare. Please treasure them.

This was my first time visiting the service and I thought it was excellent. Every member of staff I spoke to were friendly and kind. The nurse I saw (Gemma) was lovely, very friendly and informative and I didn’t feel judged at all.

I have had to come to the clinic for a few years after testing positive for herpes and more recently other things. Every time I have been there everyone has been so kind to me, I’ve been in some states, even if they haven’t seen it, and they have still been amazing. I will always be so greatful for the way I have been treated ❤️❤️❤️❤️
